Successful candidates must have:
- 1-3 years of litigation experience
- excellent written and verbal communication skills
- experience drafting pleadings, application materials, and other court documents
- experience with running court applications, both independently and under the guidance of senior lawyers
- the ability to work independently on client files appropriate to their year of call and level of experience,
- the ability to work as part of a team under the direction of more senior lawyers on diverse and complex litigation matters
